Richard Thramer is a great attorney and his experience is what will show in a court appearance. Para Leagle Randy is also a great guy and very experienced and will do whatever it takes to get a clear view of the entire facts of the Case, and that's very important.
The doors open at 9am but the desk secretary shows up almost 30 minutes late in the mornings and has people waiting outside on them. This a legal building you should not have people waiting on you for sleeping in completely unprofessional.
I purchased a home from D. Parks, a year or so after the purchase, we learned Randy Meyers somehow circumvented the sale of the home, and wrote the paperwork up as a "gift". Neither myself or D. Parks realized this. The title opinion completed by a reputable attorney was never taken to the title company. We are still unclear how Randy Meyers changed the sale of the home from a purchase to a gift. A year or 2 after the sale, we learned there was a $6000.00 debt. Luckily Mr. Parks and I are friends so he paid the deficit. He could have stuck me with the debt. I would never use Randy Meyers, one he is not an attorney, and two, this is not the st time I've heard of him doing this to someone. I was going to file charges against him, Mr. Parks was also on board, however he married my 21 yr. old niece. They are now divorced. Be careful and read the fine print, when dealing with this one. I cant write on here what I'd like to say about this law office. I can however share that I know of others he has done this too, as well. Word to the wise, if doing a "probate or estate sale" use Bob Rehan in Sioux City. I have never had a problem with Bob doing anything shady or underhanded.
