I had two different cases in two different Counties. I didn't have Transportation. Attorney McGuire came to my home. On both cases I was looking at a little bit of jail time. Mr. Mc Guire is a lawyer that will say anything in order to get you to contract his services; however, once you have signed the contract and gave him half of his fees, he will not honor his commitment. My family and I recently hire him to represent a family member; unfortunately, he did not do half of what he promised he would do. When we first met him, he told us that he would do xyz and that he will visit his client as many times as needed, most importantly – he promise to work hard and do everything on his hands to get the best result for his client “sadly that never happened”. He was very rude and disrespectful to me and to my family, he would not return our calls and messages, but most importantly, he wold not keep us informed on the status of the case. I wish I can discuss how poorly he handled the case and discuss more about his meager performance; however, my family and I have decided to seek legal counsel in order to have our case retrial for misrepresentation. If you really care about your case – please find a good lawyer that will truly represent you and has vested interest in the case. Good luck with you case….

With what little experience Ive had with mark mcguire I feel like I've known him for years. Hes personable and his knowledge concerning my case has superseded my expectations by a large margin. He genuinely cares. Without a doubt I would hire him for any defense needs.
