Yes , he is very rude and dismissive. He couldn't help me with my situation but his delivery on the matter was unnecessary.

I was referred to this practice through a friend. I called Mr. Obuch’s office and was not greeted in a professional manner. The conversation was very short and ended abruptly. Mr. Obuch rudely told me to “find another attorney” and ended the call. The issue that I have with Mr. Obuch was the way he handled me as a potential client; also not taking the time to explain the reasoning behind not wanting to help me. I’m pretty sure, Mr. Obuch is a great attorney no doubt, but maybe I called on the wrong day.

Mr. Obuch is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He's attentive, patient and straight forward. In my opinion he's one of the best that I've met thus far and he'll definitely give you his best advice. He's true to his appointments and MOST OF ALL he responds back to your calls and emails. He's a very easy going guy and a great listener. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this lawyer.
