Nearly 4 months and they cannot seem to do the one thing they "do." All I needed was for a piece of property to be retitled to another person in my family... they have held up finishing my parent's estate for months and cost me 4 times the cost of retitling in legal fees. They seem to be able to "work" for realtors, just not for regular people or their attorneys. Look elsewhere for any estate work. Maybe another firm has the time to spend on building clientele and having a positive reputation.

I may change this review after closing but so far my experience has been dismal. My bank had trouble getting information from them on the title search and they never contacted me for a closing appointment so I contacted them to set one up for 10am on a Friday. A couple of days before closing I called them again (since I STILL haven't heard from them) to 1)confirm the appointment and 2)ask exactly what we need to bring to closing including closing amount. When I called they had no idea how much I was supposed to bring. They just said bring whatever the bank tells you to. That's all. Okkkaayyyyy - what about ID, social security card, etc? Exactly what do I need to bring and the question seemed to stun the person on the phone. Well, I suppose you can bring your drivers license and it won't hurt to bring your SS card. Me: Don't you have a list of items that you tell EVERYONE to bring? Then she said my appointment was at 11am. When I said the appointment was for 10 she said well, I'll have to call the other closing team to see if it is ok. I told her that my appointment was for 10 and if it was moved then they should have called ME to change it. Ugh - so far I'm not impressed - at all.

Called on Friday with questions about surveying issues and received a call back at appointment time Monday with answers and handled issue Monday evening. So far so good very professional and answered all my questions. Most likely I will be returning for any other issues. Thanks again

Smooth closing. I don't use the "Declaration of Acceptance " form and was disappointed it was included in the closing package for buyers and signed without being consulted.

I've only had one dealing with this firm, so far. But, it was a pleasant one and I will use this firm on any future transactions I have in this area. "Professional" will sum them up in one word.
