I could write a novel about Mr. Davis & his AMAZING paralegal team. This paralegal in particular, Cheyna Talley, reaches beyond the stars when representing you & your case. Her timely responses, professionalism, & compassion are all above average. The fact that you can contact her, just start talking about your case & she’s keeping up with everything as if she’s living her life as you without missing important (small) details is very impressive. Her honesty is appreciated. Cheyna didn’t make me feel like a dollar sign or paycheck to her, she made me feel like I mattered, that my kids & case truly mattered to her. If she didn’t know answers to my questions, she made sure to quickly find them out for me. That is very valuable. Jessica Garza’s blunt personality is a win with me, I need to know flat out about what’s happening. Jessica’s dedication & drive for what she does, what she’s capable of doing in a small amount of time blew my mind. I greatly appreciate her sacrificing her precious sleep for my case. Rick and his associates worked very hard to max out our settlement with the insurance company. And he was able to cut the health insurance subrogation claim back substantially as well. He fights hard against the insurance companies who use every tactic to resolve claims at unreasonable figures. He also was able to get our case filed quickly to stop the two year statute of limitations from denying our case. Judge Davis gets results!

I was a bit nervous when I contacted Rick’s office. I didn’t have a lot of information to go on besides internet searches and reviews. But I know now I wouldn’t want any other attorney for my needs. Rick was indeed the attorney that represented me. He has a couple of employees I’d like to mention personally. His paralegal Cheyna Talley is one of the most amazing women I’ve ever met. She’s professional but with a personal touch. She genuinely cares about my situation and wants the best for me. She is absolutely amazing. Morgan is another young lady that works in the office. She helped Rick at times when it came to doing calculations about monies and was involved in other ways as well. She’s a recent college graduate and is amazingly intelligent as well as personable. Together these 2 women helped me in ways I can’t put into words. It was a long drawn out legal battle, and I’d periodically lose my focus. Speaking with them would calm me and put me right back where I needed to be. This is an amazing law office with over the top experience and knowledge to handle whatever situation you find yourself in. I recommend Ricks office 1000 times over. If I could give them 10 stars I would. 5 stars isn’t enough.
