I cannot endorse this agency and strongly advise you to steer clear of it. Two months ago, I was initially contacted by one of their recruiters, Wendy Dunn, regarding a job opportunity. I promptly responded, expressing my interest in learning more about this supposedly "exciting" opportunity she was promoting. Strangely, she completely ignored my calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages. However, just last week, she reached out to me as if nothing had happened, wondering why I hadn't responded earlier. The audacity! I politely informed her that I had moved on to pursue other opportunities because I value my time. To my surprise, she practically begged me for another chance, which I reluctantly granted. We scheduled a phone call for 1 pm, and I patiently waited, only for her to call me a frustrating 12 minutes late. It was as if she had no regard for my time. During the call, she provided me with information about the role that clearly did not align with my background and natural career progression that anyone could see just by looking at my LinkedIn profile. She went on to tell me this opportunity wants a person in the role that has managed small organizations of 200 or less employees. She also told me that the new person must be quote “a clone of the old lady that is retiring.” First of all, I don’t think so! I’m ME, I’m not some old lady’s clone and nor I’m old. I’m a millennial. So why are you reaching out to me in the first place woman??? You can clearly see I have only managed HUGE matrixed organizations in the past and I am NOT old! My dear Lord ??????????? Today, she once again wasted my time, but I've decided that this will be the last time! Don’t waste your time with these people. They have no clue of what they’re doing! This advice is coming from an HR Director. RUN!

I would not recommend this agency. They aggressively pursue you in order to get interviews scheduled and on their books. Afterwards, their follow-up process is terrible and it takes sending multiple emails to get any response from them. I appreciate an agency that is transparent and has great communication while providing honest feedback, regardless of if their client decides to move forward with you or not. Just be upfront....no need to beat around the bush.
