DO NOT HIRE THESE ATTORNEYS!! Richardson and Richardson are currently representing my husband on our divorce matters. They are discriminatory and unprofessional. They will speak down on you in a degrading manner and assume that you are uneducated or stupid if you’re not vastly knowledgeable in the field of law. Last week, I received a very disturbing, disrespectful and unprofessional email which was sent by Ms. Fredland's spouse, and business partner, Mr. Richardson on 6/22/22 threatening me to pack up an entire house and vacate my marital home with 2 small children by 6/30/22 which was only a weeks notice with absolutely nowhere to go on such bizarre short notice. In addition, his email stated "you are to vacate the property no later than June 30, 2022" and then again "To reiterate, you are to vacate the property no later than June 30, 2022". There has not been any legal court orders mandating me to vacate the home I am currently raising my children in. My husband is viciously fighting me for the marital home but the divorce proceedings haven’t even begun yet. We haven’t even appeared before a judge to determine anything significant as of yet. What gives them the audacity to threaten me to vacate my home without proper legal steps taken? What gives them the audacity to lie to me and tell me I have to leave my home without abiding by the proper court rules and proceedings? Am I supposed to just go live in the streets with my children without proper planning to secure permanent housing first? This law group is unethical and malpracticed. Their staff Inge Davis lacks a great deal of professionalism as well. When you call the office Ms. Davis speaks with poor phone mannerism and in a condescending tone. DO NOT HIRE THESE ATTORNEYS! Their law practices are unjustly. I totally understand that I am the defendant and their role is to work on the side of my husband for our divorce matters, however, I am still a human being and deserve to be treated with respect, morally and ethically correct. I am beyond appalled, deeply saddened as well as disgusted by the audacity of Richardson and Richardson to try to bully me, exercise false power by trying to force me, trick me and manipulate me out of my house with small children and without proper legal proceedings. Richardson and Richardson's method of practice of law is unprofessional and disgraceful.
