The Assessment Recovery Manager is not professional. He made me a lot of trouble. I sent him many emails to explain his fault and total process. He even didn't understand and didn't resolve the issues he made. I doubled the profession of Riddle and Williams. He even don't want to fix the issue. Just want to get money. It is ridiculous.
The worst company to deal with. We have called numerous times in an effort to fix the situation and no response or no call back only then to say “we” are not responding. This company is a scam that tries to hurt the finances of others. Just an awful company and everyone we have talked to has been extremely rude. Just awful human beings. The point of contact (Lindsay LaMothe)will wait weeks without responding and then they take actions against us even though she is not responding. We were told to suggest an amount for a payment plan and she said it has to be approved by them first but does not respond to us. When we make payments we are told that money doesn’t count toward the past due because it wasn’t “approved” but Lindsay just doesn’t respond to our communications. This company needs to be investigated by the authorities. When your average rating is 1.6 when you have to give at least one star that means the people only give less than a one star review of combined reviews. Just another corporation that takes advantage of people by deliberately refusing to respond so they can charge more in fees and interest. Y’all should be ashamed of your unethical business practices.
I wish I could leave negative star reviews. They never answer their phones or reply to emails. I have been trying to get I'm contact with Lindsay Lamothe for weeks and I have yet to receive a response. The absolute worse communication, horrible firm
Wow I am shocked I am not the first one to write a one star review! Called to get a quote on an engagement, or setup a one time call to review the project so we could give all the information on the project, and Dean proceeds to say "We are not a good fit if you are worried about the cost!!". Clearly we are not alone.
We can't get ahold of no-one in their firm! No on has called me back and left messages as well as case information. They don't send letters or court dates just judgements! This is a crooked firm and someone needs to put them out on front street with their practices! Definitely talking with the news and public officials about this because this is criminal what they are doing to people!
