I was referred to the firm when my prior Attorney had to discontinue his representation of me to care for his ill spouse. At the time, it looked like we were going to Trial and I know that many firms would not have taken the case at such a late stage of the proceedings, but Joseph & Melissa did not hesitate to take my case on. With a fresh set of eyes on the matter and I am sure much more work and effort than I am even aware Melissa was able to secure a resolution of the matter that fit with my needs and minimized my exposure to any collateral issues. When a post-resolution issue arose, Melissa was able to secure a resolution that ended my exposure to one of the more onerous [from my point of view] aspects of the resolution of my case. Years ago, my daughter needed Melissa's unique service. By my nature and 30 years working with attorneys from time to time, I have become wary of them.
