God, they were awful and I regret going to them. Don't just walk away - FLEE.

Matt Russell really did my husband and I a disservice. He failed to notify the proper authorities to attend hearings which resulted in a $3,000 overpayment due to us, not being honored. He signed an order on my husband's behalf without ever even showing it to him. The order included two, very life-changing stipulations. These two stipulations were discussed prior to the order being drafted, and my husband made it clear that he did not agree, as they were ridiculous. (Picture a jealous ex-girlfriend coming up with ways to keep their kids away from the new wife) Matt drafted the order, did not send it to my husband to approve of or disapprove of, signed it as my husband's representative, and filed it with the court. All of this was done without our knowledge. We found the order on OSCN ourselves. We contacted Matt about this and told him that my husband did not agree to what was included in it, and asked that he please reverse/vacate the order immediately. Instead of righting his wrong we get this: "It appears from this letter that you are not satisfied with my services. Therefore, I am withdrawing as your attorney. I will send you an order to that effect. Please sign and return." I was shocked to say the least. I'm sure my husband will be sued for the remaining balance he owes as well, just to twist the knife further. Please be cautious who you choose to represent you. I think sometimes the only thing on their mind is a paycheck. I've heard that the Riffel's are excellent attorneys, so please don't let my one star rating reflect on them in any way. This is person specific, and case-specific. I'm sure Matt has been great for others. Thanks.

It is the worst place in Enid! They drive money per week without doing anything. I spent $2,000 and got no results. They lied that they got something that they have never had to spend more time and suck more money out of the wallet.
