We just closed on our new home and we are so happy that we had Michael and his team navigate us through the process of selling and buying. I have nothing but over the top raves for this attorney, who specializes in real estate transactions. As a mortgage loan officer for close to 15 years and real estate investor, I have been on both sides of the coin many times over.. so, for me to say that this office stands out as the best of the best, it truly means a lot. I retained the services of Michael Gutman over the summer for two closings (purchase and sale) and the process could not have been smoother. Michael and his paralegal Jennie responded immediately to every single question/concern I had and addressed them with the utmost attention to detail. When my mortgage company was not meeting their obligations in a timely fashion and was putting a very strict close date in jeopardy, Michael connected me with a mortgage broker who was also a pleasure to work with and put us on track for a timely close - and also got me a better deal. As a first time home buyer, I am a demanding customer with a lot of 'what-if' questions with uncertainties and doubt. Michael and his associates(with a lot of experience and knowledge) went extra miles to provide consultation over the phone and email to clarify my options, and help me making decisions. I know some lawyers may charge less than what Michael does, but I am really glad that I worked with Michael because he saved me overall money and time. Here's my 2 cents : During the contract, if there's question or doubt, consult with Michael because he will try to understand your issue and provide a valuable suggestion for you. Home buying is a long-term investment, you should use the best team out there. I am definitely going to recommend Michael to my friends and family.
