We had the pleasure of watching George Yates in many criminal cases whereas he was hired by my brother. He walked in the courtroom with confidence and with presence each time. He knew exactly what he was doing and what was needed for each to reach a positive outcome on each case. He is highly knowledgeable and obviously experienced in the court room. He sticks to the facts and presents his cases with expertise allowing for the best possible outcome. He was also helpful in communicating to concerned family members best possible scenarios while answering serious concerns and questions . I was almost charged with petty larceny which would have undoubtedly ruined my life. I originally opted for a public defender and was found guilty and sentenced to a weekend in jail plus court fines. I was extremely lucky to find Mr. Yates. Not only did he get me out of doing time but he also got me a deferred finding which is almost impossible nowadays. I did some community service and when I go back the charge will be dismissed. Oh, and another thing NO FINES period! Mr.Yates is very responsive and involved with his clients. He will make sure you are completely at ease and satisfied with your service. At the end of everything my service fee didn't even seem like enough for what he had done for me. Great guy and an excellent attorney. Money well spent. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone seeking legal help.

DO NOT HIRE!! My name is Zauriah Findley (made this email ad a kid) hired him for an arson charge that was just a candle , violated because I got a dui. I had paid him 3,120 dollars after my public defender has did all the work, he didn’t even look at the paperwork until the morning of my preliminary and could’ve called a witness who would’ve had it thrown out!!! Because I got a dui and violated I paid him another 750 to appeal for a bond!!! At my bond hearing, knowing my medical history with ptsd, he says, “she had a bad day, you know how dui’s are” so of course I got denied bond. He didn’t talk to my family at all after that, discussed my case with an ex boyfriend WITHOUT my permission and wanted another 5 grand to continue to represent me!! Of course I fired him and hired Brian Latuga and he got me out of jail with no issue. George Yates is all about money and does the absolute minimum! DO NOT HIRE!!!!
