Riverside Radiology (RR) dropped my credit scope by 25 pts. Please stay away!! How did that happen you ask? nnRR reads MRI scans for Orthopedic One (O1). (I did not know this until I started researching) Payment info is shared between OI to RR. There was a mistake in the data. RR never contacted OI to ask for help in billing.(I called OI to discuss) RR never called or mailed, emailed, or called me or my wife. I cannot find any attempt on RRs part to fix it. I have lived in North Columbus for 20 years. I'm super easy to find! nnI discovered this outstanding bill only after RR sent 2 bills to collections and hit my credit report, dropping it 25 pts. nnI contacted RR and paid the bill. RR said they would fix the credit report. They have not. I was able to get one to drop from experian after I filled a dispute. I'm still working on the second. nnRR brags about their "Customer Focus" on their web site. Sadly...I'm not seeing it. This can really hurt good people!!!!
