Susan roach is very money hungry, She took my brother case for 10 grand , We gave her 5 grand for a down payment. She said she would move forward with his case and that he had a really good case. So we started making more payments, we paid her 7,800 just for her to turn around and send us a letter saying she’s not moving forward with his case. She would never call us to go over his case. She did very little work on his case. She is a horrible person and refuses to take our calls and refuse to give us back our legal documents we sent her about his case.

Susan Roach represented me in both divorce proceedings and a criminal matter involving my son. In both cases, I was very pleased with the outcomes. She was taken very seriously by opposing counsel and the judges involved, essential to negotiating good outcomes. This is no doubt a result of her building a reputation for being tough and sharp over many years. In the criminal case, she was able to accomplish something with authorities I had never seen done. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire her again for divorce or family matters or recommend her to anyone in need of these services.

Absolute worst set f attorneys I have ever heard of and dealt with. Not only did they harass me for money daily, they didn't inform me of a court date I had, and made it out to be my fault I missed it. Bill has been in trouble for fraud (in Springfield) after selling out a state representative for money laundering when he was the one who gave them advice. The only thing this firm cares about is the next payment you give them. They completely destroyed my case. Never filed paperwork they should have, never gave advice on what to do, and constantly threatened to drop my case if I didn't pay them. I ended up switching attorneys after paying them over 6 grand! Absolute money hungry filth. Do not use them.

The Roach Law firm has been a saving grace in my life. A little while back I went to Susan for help. I was falsely and negligently accused of a crime I did not commit. Everyone was against me except my family and Susan for something I did not do. Not only were they professional but they were personable and made me feel like they had my back. Through hard work and faith the truth come out and we won the case and justice was served. If not for the Roach Law Firm, I would not be here today. Thank you Susan for everything you have done for me.

Had no problem charging us exorbitant amounts for almost little to no work. Their administrative assistant dropped the ball (according to them) in regards to contacting us regarding case times and we had to research on casenet most of our meeting times and for updates on our case as they did not. They care very little about you and care very much about your money.
