Rob S. Lewis, Attorney At LAW

This review is not for Rob but for who ever he has answering his phones and representing his business while he is away. I called this office to get some advice as I have used Rob prior (who was really nice and great) and was answered by a very abrupt and cold woman. She started with... "Well Rob is in trial for 3 weeks so what did you need?" I felt like I was inconveniencing her during her day and she reluctantly took the call. She insisted she would be able to answer my questions even though I would have preferred to speak with an actual lawyer. I proceeded to inform her of my questions anyways since she was so insistent I share and that she could help me. After sharing my personal information I got " I will leave him a message...then said goodbye" I almost laughed at the unprofessional nature and lack of customer service skills because they were so awful. I will be taking my business elsewhere and spending money on an actual firm that cares about their clients needs. It's really not hard to be polite and have empathy on a phone call... Especially when it involves a potential client paying for future services over a sensitive matter. I will not recommend to my family and friends. It's too bad because Rob is a nice guy and she is a terrible reflection for his business.

MR. LEWIS IS AMAZING! He and his staff are very professional and truly love helping people during difficult times. His experience and vast knowledge is far superior then most. He is price fair and worth every cent. He makes sure to keep you informed.

Rob is a fantastic lawyer. I will retain him the rest of my life. He was my representation during state and federal trials and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcomes and his services.

Rob is the man I don’t know what he does but I have never had a lawyer get me out of so much stuff I allegedly did he’s great at what he does straight to the point believes he didn’t do it he’s a great man and a better lawyer I recommend him to all of my friends and anyone that seems to need a lawyer at any point in their life

A waste of money if there is any real footwork required of him. l will not be recommending R.Lewis for any criminal defense
