Went there today for biometric appointment. Everyone starting from security and including people in the office were extremely nice and helpful ! nI showed up 40 minutes earlier than my actual appointment, had no problem with getting in , and actually was done earlier than expected. Total waiting time since I entered the office until I was done was no more than 20 minutes!

While I'm not a fan of USCIS as a whole, this particular field office is awesome. They were really quick with our case when they got a hold of it, and the officers I've dealt with here and those around us seem to really take everyone's individual needs into account when dealing with them. For example, we were there today and I overheard one officer tell a couple who had come really far from somewhere that they were going to try to do whatever they could to make it so they didn't have to make the long drive back there. Those words exact. Definitely never saw anything like that in two other field offices my wife and I dealt with. First government agency I've dealt with that even cares about things like that. And even though we live in South St. Louis County, when we had to have an appointment rescheduled through no fault of our own, the officer was very apologetic. Again, a diamond in the rough that actually treats people like people, from our experience.

Went there for a swearing in ceremony. Everyone was very helpful and knew exactly where everyone needed to be.

Service was quick and the people there were really nice and courteous, especially the security guards at the entrance to the building.

Staff very people
