Contacted this office and spoke with Wayne C. about a collection that my S/O is in no way directly liable for. Within less than a minute into the phone consultation he immediately and rather excitedly suggested to file for bankruptcy. We were shocked to even hear this suggestion. Speaking to us full grown professional adults like we are children who don't know any better. In no way was that necessary for our issue and we simply wanted advice on addressing a charge that we definitely did not directly owe on. Thankfully the joke of advice was not taken but for anyone who may not know any better or any young people, beware. This left a bad taste in our mouth about this agency as being no different than any other legal office.
