No communication and blind sides you with court orders. Difficult to get a hold of by phone and doesn't return phone calls easily. Fails to provide statements. ONLY uses snail mail and accepts checks/money orders in which you send to a PO BOX. No actual form of website and not a single profile of his is actually completed on any "law" websites.

Recieved notice that he accepted my settlement offer with an agreement to make the payment 3 weeks ago. His phone apparently doesn't work and I haven't recieved anything to direct me on how to make my payment. I'm very sorry to anyone that recieves papers with his name on it as this has been very stressful. I only want to resolve my complaint and this process has been made frustrating by zero communication.

This guy sucks. He does not keep track of your proof of payment.So take videos or pictures every time you mail out a check. When you call him, he has no idea what's going on. I can't imagine it feeling too good having a one star rating overall.

Sucks and sucks by the way did I mention he sucks paid a garnishment $4100 last year then go to get my income tax and says they need it for garnishment because he didn't send paperwork last year to clear the payment pos I would call and leave my number for the 100th time but that is not doing anything

Deserves less than 1 star! This attorney keeps horrible records. He could not or would not provide me detailed account information as to when payments were made to his office. He assured me he would send this info yet even after I’d been paying him for close to 2 years instead he issued a garnishment disclosure failed to notify me and I believe I am now in over payment to this account. His communication is poor and clearly his records are even worse I still haven’t received the information I requested. If you ever have to deal with his office make sure you keep your own tally of payment.
