Brad and Karen are the consummate professionals. They are thoughtful, respond quickly, and definitely have your best interests in mind. I had an additional question after we had finished working together, and they were gracious enough to still answer and provide guidance. I was involved in a car accident with a driver from out of state, it was not my fault but very easily was becoming a huge hassle trying to deal with everything. From the second we got hold of these guys everything started falling into place immediately how it should be. They were beyond easy to work with and were extremely fast and responsive though the whole process for us, right up to the settlement check at the end.
