He has been my doctor since1994 and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Both Dr.Ford and his staff are amazing. I'm a lucky guy....
We found our place!! Felt like home not corporate with the most warm caring professional staff. They scheduled me and my husband for new checkups immediately. Dr. Ford has a very calm bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and informative. Shanty in the front office goes above and beyond to help you. So happy to have our new clinic.
My daughter was in a car accident 10 years ago. Her attorney referred her to Dr. Ford. He prescribed her enough oxycontin to kill a freaking horse. She became a drug addict .She is finally clean. He mentions personal injury on his website...Beware!
Staff is very friendly and always have an awesome experience. Doctor Ford is very personable and I highly recommend him.
Doctor Ford is an awesome doctor, and when you actually have an appointment it is nice. But calling them is impossible. I was trying to explain to the answering service lady that yesterday I had just seen Dr. Ford for Liver Damage, and had an emergency ultrasound a few hours later, and that I was notified I should get a phone call this morning about my results. On the phone with the answering lady, I was explaining quickly in a few seconds to spare her time about yesterday, and she wouldn’t even let me finish and talked back and said that “this is the answering service we can’t do that” as I was explaining how it has been difficult for me to make phone calls in the past regarding making appointments, calling about test results, calling about medication interactions, and calling about an emergency wisdom teeth surgery I just had, every time she never let me finish, pushed me down, and said I can’t call. Not even letting me know when I can call, when the office number is available m, or anything. After having her hang up on me as I was explaining the ultrasound stuff, I was trying to explain to her how I am Autistic, and it is difficult for me to communicate and understand, and she wouldn’t let me talk, spoke over me, and continued to be rude. I hung up, and called both of my parents sobbing about how I may just want to transfer doctor’s just so I am able to call my doctor when I need to. No autistic person should feel like they can’t call their own doctor when they are having issues.
