Robert E Ward & Associates PC

Called this guy a few years ago when I was looking for an estate lawyer. I asked him a simple legal question durring the interview process and he refused to answer unless we paid a large retainer first. I asked this same question to every other firm I was considering, and they didn't hesitate to answer. Ward has no interest in teaching you anything, but is clearly exaggerated his expertise and makes you think you have a larger issue. I saw no evidence his accomplishments justified his smugness and I suspect he is only using these tactics to try to bully people to pay for his legal services. I strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere. Fortunately calling just about any other lawyer will reveal his questonable practices. I'm looking for another lawyer now and I saw this guy and remember how unprofessional he was on the phone.
