My son was hurt in the accident and he is autistic, Kyle made him feel comfortable that he would be taken care of and my son trusted him immediately, which never happens with autism. Kyle’s staff is professional and caring and they all work with a sense of urgency. I was struck by a car from behind while crossing a street in a crosswalk. I had presumed that this would have been an easy thing to handle. I tried to get the driver's insurance to just pay for my medical bills when the finding of fault was crystal clear. After 6 months of failures on my part, I retained Robert Hindin and Associates. My expectations raised rapidly when he advocated for more than just my medical bills. I draft this happily after having received substantially more than I had expected or initially desired. Now, 17 months after the accident, the hospital has decided that it wants the month that it should have received a year ago. It filed a claim against me because my health insurance company refused to pay the claim. The hospital is contractually required to waive the bill because of the lack of timeliness. RHA is now protecting my interests again, well after the time where they should have been done and helping new clients. They were great throughout the entire process and continue to be great. 5 stars is inadequate--they deserve better.
