Robert I Segal

Robert Segal and his staff have been wonderful to work with. They really know what they are doing!

My initial case was off to a good start when I initially contacted this office. I was working with Mr. Segal himself in 2018. Completed all of my treatment and got everything else documented in its order which already took more than 2 years of screenings and appointments between doctors. I received a call first from my initial paralegal (Lisa) stating that his son (Adam) just came to the firm and would be taking over my case going forward. Spoke to him maybe twice in the midsts of him “handling” my case and he basically said my case wasn’t gonna get me much in return (which turned out to be wrong). Fast forward to 2021 I called to speak to my paralegal only to find out she had left the firm without notice and I would then hear from a paralegal named Jackie. My arbitration comes up its now January 2022. Mr. Graham is suddenly my attorney on this case. The only thing I appreciated about him is that he gave me a heads up on how my case was going to go and what it would intel. He got me what was necessary to be paid for my case, but Its now been months since a settlement amount was made and we agreed upon but im still waiting and I now have a new case to be had. Not sure if I would want to go this route with my new case. Be careful with who handles your case I just want a team that’s fair and that cares.

The staff and lawyers at this Attorney's Office are all great people from what i can tell by the people I've interacted with so far. This is the first time ive needed a lawyer but i strongly believe they will do a great job taking care of my needs. I believe they will stop at nothing to guarantee i get whatever it is i need and want.

Didn't do much but send the standard court ordered documents about medical appointments to me. On morning of deposition, the lawyer (never met before) didn't even know which body part was in question. He had it totally wrong.

Mr. Segal and the other attorney's are really good at their jobs. The staff is extremely helpful to everyone.
