Unprofessional! Unprepared, constantly late! Disgustingly unorganized. When I first Hired him my gut was telling me otherwise. He was way more interested in your credit card than what your there to see him for. After that, good luck getting anything productive out of him. Talks and texts other Clients while he is supposed to be clearing his schedule for YOUR TIME, YOUR PAYING FOR IT. Over charges for services never performed. Tells you he will do something and never follows through. He has his other assistant Attorney go to court unprepared for your case. He lies ALL THE TIME. And calls himself a Christian?!?! SERIOUSLY. I was at a Christmas party and met another person who also used Bob with the SAME experience! You can ask for Gods forgiveness but we still reap what we sow. Greed! You can't buy your way into Heaven. I should have read these reviews before hiring this guy. His lies got him hired. Its sad that my experience is very similar to everyone else who delt with this person. I don't see how he could earn 5 stars! Those got to be fake!

The staff was polite but the services were a little steeply priced for what little bit i was needing done. I don't doubt their ability. I just feel they overvalue their time

What an absolute horrible lawyer. We arrived to speak to him about a possible case that he was already privy to but he was disgustingly unprepared. He had someone else's file, he got a phone call within the first ten minutes of our meeting in which he spoke to someone who had a meeting at the same time as us, and told his receptionist he would be to the next client "in five minutes" before we even had a chance to explain our issue. He asked questions to my husband to had nothing to do with my husband's case, thinking his case was something completely different I guess? and as my husband answered the questions, Bobert Arnold would continuously interrupt his answers. He didn't listen to my husband and immediately asked the same questions right after my husband finished answering them. He was 100% disengaged with us and what we were saying to him. At one point my mouth dropped over his rudeness and he decided to try to bully me about my reaction and what my problem was. I told him that he was asking him questions that weren't related to the case and aren't asking the right ones. I told him he was interrupting, and rude, and he asked me what the right questions were that he should be asking in a very pompous manner. You can tell that lawyer thinks he's better than everyone else and he's very condescending about it. Even if he would have actually listened to our case, I wouldn't have wanted him to help us because I didn't trust him enough to represent us when he couldn't even understand what the problem was to begin with and was completely unprepared and asking the wrong line of questioning.

Robert Arnold is a very good lawyer I have used him for many years now he has always helped me and always does what he says thank you Robert Arnold

Worst attorney ever. Told me to bring witnesses and pictures to help win my case. He never called a witness nor did he use any pictures. He just sat there while the other attorneys actually fought for their client. If you want to lose and waste your money he's your man.
