He triple books his appointments. Last appt I waited 1 hr 35 minutes.430 appt by 5 still hadnt seen him. I left. Today had 1st appt along with 2 other people. After waiting 25 minutes in room was told he wasn’t even at the office. Beyond rude and inconsiderate. I left and will not be going back

I started seeing this doctor a few years back, when my dermatologist of many years retired. He's just OK. I don't have any major skin issues, or major problems with Dr. Rosen; I just need routine checkups and treatment for the occasional Pilar cysts that pop up on my head. Dr. Rosen treated me fine, but the place does feel like a chop shop. Doctor comes in and talks to you for 3-4 minutes, and then runs off to see another patient for the same few minutes, and then moves on to the third or fourth patient before circling back to you. This is absolutely what's happening considering you can clearly hear him in the adjacent exam rooms. I guess this isn't that big of a deal, but one time he cut a cyst out of my head and left me there to hold the gauze and stop up the bleeding while he moved on to another patient. My last doctor would cauterize immediately, stitch, and send me on my way. I guess everyone does things differently, but when I come here, I feel like I'm getting an oil change.

Having watched other dermatologists in places we used to live remove/biopsy skin growths from my husband's face, I can say that Dr. Rosen is skilled, gentle and efficient. In addition to Dr. Rosen being an excellent physician, his support staff are also competent and compassionate. The office was clean and organized and easily accessible by wheelchair. Dr. Rosen gave us reasonable options for treatment, taking the time to discuss the pros/cons of each. He listened to our concerns, biopsied the growth, and began treatment that visit. This morning (just two days later) the growth is barely visible.

Dr Rosen is very thorough, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me with my skin issues, unlike other doctors I’ve seen.

Dr. Rosen is one of the most dedicated innovative and brilliant doctors I have met. He is extremely knowledgeable and always adding to his bank of knowledge. I am very comfortable that he is diagnosing me correctly and offering the best service, guidance and advice. So lucky to have found Dr. Rosen!
