I moved from out of state and bought my home in Rochester. I was unfamiliar with the home buying process in NY, and Bob and Theresa were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable with the process and trusted that I was in good hands. Everything was completed with ease and on time. I’m grateful for their knowledge and assistance during my first home purchase experience in NY! I will definitely use them again in the future.

You would never use this one. He lazy individual. Takes weeks to respond when asking for a update. Quotes one price for a commercial closing and charges another. Researching was a joke. I had to do it. He can't find unless Is was right in front of him. Doesn't work with his client at all. Communication was next to none. To top it all, the buyers attorney was asking for paper work he over looked. when time to close, nearly one year from the start. Don't know about house closings, but this closing was a disaster.
