Overall excellent job by Mr. Thomas and his staff. My problem with the IRS had a convoluted origin, and Mr. Thomas devoted the time and effort to structure and propose a tailored solution with a realistic chance of success. The outcome was more than fair. When unanticipated demands of my job interfered with my meeting the schedule that Mr. Thomas had laid out for our production of documentation, he was understanding and flexible, so we were able to work around temporary obstacles. In addition, the office staff was supportive and accommodating, and a pleasure to work with.

Robert Thomas and his staff are extremely helpful with any legal issue you may have. Robert and his staff were able to explain the legal proceedings to me in a way that was easily understandable. He and his staff responded very quickly to any question I had, offering quick and easy solutions. If I have any other legal issues, I would definitely recommend his office.

Robert has taken care of all of my needs over the past 15 years including a messy divorce, and several financial situations related to that divorce. He has always advised and represented me in a professional and timely manner, I highly recommend him!

Terrible experience. Slow responses all the time and very inefficient. Several mistakes made of court documents and we had to return to court as a result of those errors. One of the paralegals is extremely rude as well. We were promised travel reimbursement because we had to return to downtown Chicago for a second time because of HIS errors...that money never came and now he will not respond to us at all. BEWARE!!!!!

I was executor for my mother's estate. Mr. Thomas and his staff guided me through the probate process, and kept me informed of any matters in a timely fashion.
