Incompetent & under no circumstances do I recommend you use them for SSA Disability cases. 0 stars. Used them for 1st level appeal in 2018. They required the disabled person to pick up their own medical records and mail to their office via UPS, then they lost the documents which contained PIH information. There was ZERO case development, ZERO contact with lawyer prior to appeal hearing. They are so incompetent they subpoenaed medical records from one Dr at the last minute including therapy notes which are not supposed to be included. The lawyer had not looked at the medical records file until 15 minutes before the hearing started. The weasel had the audacity to ask person to say they were hearing voices because it would hold more weight. Obviously, the claim was denied. The lawyer said (after screwing up the hearing) that the SSA doesn't like to approve educated white people under 45 years of age. A new claim had to be filed using representatives at Health Advocates in Chatsworth and benefits were awarded at the 1st appeal hearing level. Prior to age 45. Not saying they will win your case, but they are competent and have a strong case development team. The above review is IMO based on experience. And I would venture to guess every 5 star review is an employee or a friend of an employee asked to review to bring up their rating.

I am posting this review for my grandpa. Rezai and Associates is the worst ever they didn’t help with nothing. There is this worker her. And is Melissa and others very rude people, after you calling so many certain times they don’t answer anymore or they will transfer you to others and it’s the same bad attitude. Please if you are looking for a work comp atty DO NOT SELECT REZAI AND ASSOCIATES!!!!!! If I could give them a -0. I differently would. VERY RUDE!!!????

I am also so thankful with "Jessica Osorio" greatest paralegal, expertise on legal matters and personal injuries, she is confident and always provide a high quality service, any question any email or call is always returned with timely manner, Jessica thank you very much, my case was resolved in 6 months and great success!!! Poor service. Some girl Melissa rude to her clients hangs up on them. Does not try to help whatsoever. Do not recommend this place whatsoever. If they had negative stars it would be 100 negative stars because even 1 is a high score for them. I suggest she gets fired or you will loose a lot of clients.

I have a case with this people. Their costumer service is very poor and totally unprofessional. Most of the latin people.. Are rude and just don't care. The last person I talk today was disrespectful, rude and sarcastic. Will never recommend this office to anyone ever.. And the management there needs to check on their employees and their services soon.
