The manager “lemont” who another attorney told me his name because he refused to tell me himself, was really rude and went so far to hang up on me! Even though I still needed to make a payment. He began to get frustrated when I’m assuming another clerk or attorney quoted me a price that was consistent with my contract but then came back with a higher price. When I pressed him about where it came from and how come it wasn’t in my contract he becgan to get rude this happened around 2:45-3:15 on 11/14/18

Been trying to reach them for over a month regarding my ticket to pay off and still no call back. But yet they charging me for Interest.

Stay away from this firm, questionable business practices.
