I worked there for 4 years of actual real legal field work back in 2012 and left in 2016 due to lack / poor compensation and career advancement opportunities...
Trashy, unethical attorneys. If you're a scummy, crooked large organization (like U.S. Bank) that needs underhanded, unethical things done these lawyers (like Daniel C Chilton) are willing to do anything, including lie in court documents and so they may be right for you!
The receptionist has got to be one of the rudest and nastiest person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. She had the audacity to lecture me about leaving a voicemail for someone instead of pressing 0 for her. This was my first time calling the office and pressed 0 as it was the option the prompts gave me. I told her this and in so many words she called me a liar. This law firm us just absolutely horrible!!!! However, I did speak with a Diana and she was very pleasant and helpful in helping me to speak with the correct person. Please FIRE your receptionist as she is the face/voice for your company.
I got in contact with a nice receptionist who told me what I needed to send by email to get what I was requesting. This was March 25. I got an email back on March 31 stating they seen my request and are working on it. It’s May 3rd. I have no reinstatement letter and communication has been very lackluster. Zero stars if I could
Dear readers. The receptionist from the law firm is unprofessional, rude, and lier. I called today MAY 14, 2018 at 4:13pm, 4:15pm and 4:16pm regarding the name of a foreclosure because the county courthouse doesn’t file them by addresses. She said that what I was trying was illegal, didn’t said her name, and also hang up in my face saying that she was having a more important call to attend. The call was around one minute. If I was rude, an egoist or despot I would understand that, but no I'm just trying to obtain information from a potential first home. Then, I called back three times, and no one picks it up. I’m honestly impressed how a “prestigious” law firm has a poor customer service. I feel insulted of the way that everything happen. I hope this review can help someone else decision toward this law firm. Remember, if you have a poor customer service. Who hires the team? Respectfully, Rubio
