Proceeds of house sale took over one week (8 days) before funds were distributed. Attorney Robin Ciaccio, didn't follow proper paperwork from my attorney on how to disperse funds. We signed and notarized a complete disclosure form from my law firm on how funds were to be distributed. The first check written was incorrect and could not be deposited to my bank. We had to drive an hour to their office to return it and then they refused to do a wire-transfer of our funds. The office then stated they couldn't write another check because Attorney Ciaccio was out of town at a seminar. After the weekend, their office required me to send additional documentation before they could cut a new check, even though the original notarized dispersement form from my attorney. Total nightmare.......100% absolutely unacceptable and unapologetic. Want an attorney who is professional and gets the job done? Use Sonia Raymond at the Raymond Law Firm.
