I have a financial hardship due to having stage 3 cancer. They sent me a letter demanding $900+ which it is presently illegal for them to gouge because I was on public assistance until recently. I can't talk to them on the phone because the cancer is in my throat. They hang up on me because they don't know how to talk to someone with a tumor in their throat.
Nothing good I can really say about this place. Even tho I have a debt consolidation company helping me clean up things from my past they still will not work with you from something from 17 years ago that I thought was paid off since it has not been on my credit report for years. So now they are getting 25% of my pay on top of my $300 I’m paying towards creditors. This place is a joke saying that they can not do anything to work with you and pay the entire thing off in full. What a fing joke. Just out to ruin lives.
For a debt collector, they're pretty awesome. Atleast my agent is. No one likes owing a debt collector. But Shalena is easy to work with and always helpful.
NO STARS AT ALL HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!! How is it that when I try to call this law firm they never answer. They take out $200 from my account every month and then decide they want to put a judgement on my account. When they never answer my phone calls and or when someone answers the phone. They tell you they can’t help you, because you have to talk to one person. She won’t talk to my wife and one time the front desk women said that she would ask if the one handling my case was busy and said she would talk to us only to transfer us to her voicemail. What the hell. Get better reps or transfer my loans to a better company who can help with my loans and make sure my money goes to where it’s suppose to.
Got my first bill from them December 2019. Got a summons from them February 2020. I have tried calling them numerous times and either no one answers and the line is automatically dropped or when someone does answer I am transferred to "my case manager" and she doesnt answer her phone!! I have left messages and no one calls me back. They are suing me but apparently don't want my money that bad. Ridiculous.
