Stacy McCormick was amazing throughout the entire process of selling my father's house. Stacy has a great attention to detail, works fast and leaves nothing to chance! She made a very difficult time for us a little easier by doing all the hard things. When the day came to sign the final papers everything went smoothly and no issues came up. We use Steve Nicholas for all our real estate transactions. I cannot recall how many transactions, but every transaction over the past 20 years has been amazing. No issues, and flawless.
