I spoke to him about my case and I never heard back from him.

I was in a MVA back in 2016 - I was young and didn’t know how to go about things like getting treated for the pain I’ve never experienced before. I thought I had known what back pain was until this accident happened - now I understand truly. While it’s a shame that I am so young going through this, I wouldn’t have gotten the care and direction that was needed without Craig and Amanda. Kirk being such a caring individual - showing genuine feelings about his concerns on how I’m feeling...that was what made me decide that - yes I need the help. These people, here at Adams Kearney Law - they really care about you. They are passionate about what they do, and they are knowledgeable in their field. I didn’t understand a lot of what was happening, there were a lot of words used throughout the process that I just didn’t understand - Kirk, Craig, and Amanda all made sure I understood every single thing that we went ahead with. I was able to make all my decisions confidently and I am so grateful to have had such an amazing team to help me learn and grow.. The outcome of my entire situation - while yes, took quite some time: as these things do - was so much more than I could have expected. I hope that I never have to go through any litigation again in my lifetime - but it feels really good to know that if I do, I know who I can call - and they will make sure I am taken care of. It was almost three and a half years of care, constant testing being done and blood being drawn, injections and other painful procedures, I don’t know how much care I would have gotten on my own without the support of the best team I could possibly know. I am also happy to have been able to work with someone local - they care about the people here in your town. Kirk took the time to sit down with me and go over everything that had happened, reviewing all the details to help me determine how I should move forward. He gave me the choice of having him help without any kind of pressure. It was just reassurance that he and his team would do whatever is needed to make sure I was able to work toward getting better. Should I find anyone I know in need of any kind of services that they provide, I would be so confident in telling anyone and everyone - just have a chat with them. I don’t need to sell them to you. Please, just give them a call and see for yourself.

If you live in or around Delaware County and you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable attorney, then Kirk Adams is the one. No matter what I've gone through in life, Kirk has always been a calm voice of reason. He's never pushed an agenda and always had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend Kirk Adams.

Working with Dan Kearney on an elderly person's will. Mr. Kearney was patient, thorough and professional. Exceptional matchup for meeting the needs of an older person - he did a great job.

Do not hire for estate planning - This firm is handling my mother's estate. We are now on our third Family Settlement Agreement (FSA) and are still waiting on Robert W. Hershman, Jr. to correctly provide the numbers for the final one (hopefully!), after I did the math myself and had the changes sent to him. My lawyer had to educate Mr. Hershman, Jr. on the PA estate planning laws and in the course of the now 4 FSAs, the FSAs did not reflect what was previously agreed to. JUNE 2022 UPDATE: I stand by my review. Adams Kearney Law is handling my mother's estate and my sister is the executrix. As a beneficiary, I hired my own lawyer to review the FSA and while there was "an open and respectful communication" between the two firms, it DOES NOT change the fact that in my opinion Mr. Hershman, Jr., with whom my firm and I dealt with, should be more well versed on PA estate planning laws, as items were misallocated by Adams Kearny Law from the first FSA we received. Along the way, agreed upon items were not always reflected in subsequent FSAs and the mathematics was not calculated correctly as we moved to the 4th and final FSA. It took 6 months before the FSA was signed by the beneficiaries.
