THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! She takes her cases PERSONALLY(bitter baby mama syndrome). JUDGE RASHID used to do the absolute BARE MINIMUN in court as a lawyer. I have no idea who or how she was voted her onto a bench as a family court judge, ctfu!!! What a JOKE!!! Post Covid...desperate times, I suppose.
The court appointed Ms. Rashid as my husband's lawyer and she was nothing but rude any time we spoke or visited her office. Maybe she treats her private pay clients with respect but we definitely felt like we were a burden to her. She always cuts you off when you talk so she can tell you she's very busy and doesn't have time for a long story so get to the point. Then later on the conversation when you have a chance to tell her something she says why didn't you tell me that before. We told her it was because she didn't give us a chance. She sat there shaking her head. We felt anxious having her represent us in court. Would not recommend. I only gave one star because I couldn't leave the review without it.
I agree with the other reviewers about Nusrat’s demeanor & attitude. I ended up using another attorney who was the complete opposite. He gave me much more valuable legal advice for my situation even though he charge a little more.
No response or returned phone call after attempting contact on 2 different numbers. 0 Star because of no response or out dated info.
