I felt like I was representing myself. I was referred to Roger through work for a divorce case. I was supposed to get discounted services of 25% but did not get the discount. I would never hear from from him regarding the divorce. It tool an entire year to get divorced with Roger. To make things worse, I didn't even hear that I was divorced from him. I heard if from my ex-wife... TWO FULL MONTHS AFTER I WAS OFFICIALLY DIVORCED! This is what makes my experience with Mr. Kidd even worse. I was on my ex-wife's insurance plan and I have had a history of cancer, so I went and got all of my medical tests done before I thought I was divorced. I went and had chest x-rays, MRI scan, lab work, etc... Well come to find out since I was already divorced, but NEVER TOLD by Mr. Kidd I had to pay for every bit of this out of pocket because I had no insurance. Over $2500 in added medical bills due to him not telling me I was divorced. When I e-mailed Mr. Kidd asking about why he never told me I was divorced he never replied to my e-mail, but I got a bill for $60 for him reading my e-mail. I would not and could not recommend Mr. Kidd as any form of legal council.
