I experienced fraud and provided them with evidence. Financial experts explained how easy this case would be to file. It’s been six years with this law firm. My case has been reassigned on several occasions. I believe interns are playing with my legal matters. It’s unprofessional because you don’t get consistent updates. I called yesterday and I was told I would get a call back and they never did. That’s not new. Please save yourself some time and find a professional and reputable firm. I acted out of emotion picking this firm and I truly regret it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!

I will say that I will be honest to the fact that this case started off very rough and until you Autumn Tolar Esq. came along, I had all but given up hope for representation let alone for a resolution. There have been a number of attorneys and paralegals prior to her that for one reason or another did not stay on at the firm. At one point when I called ready to tell the firm that I was done and walking away, my case had been forgotten about and had to be restarted from the beginning. The communication was not very good as I would always be the initiator and then only to be told that I would have a call scheduled. Those calls always came when I could not answer. Once during a tornado that we was happening. I called back only to get a voice mail and never a return call until I initiated again. All of that said, I think Autumn was fantastic and operated the way I think a firm should operate. She brought great professionalism to the firm, even during this pandemic. If I should ever require representation again, I would want her to represent me.

Please, try to avoid this office, and its attorneys at all cost. They seem to be nothing more than a boiler room setup. It would seem they have multiple inexperienced junior/intern attorneys handling your case, only to get experience. I must have dealt with over six since we started and they all have different scenarios *CRAZY* It was the worst experienced I have ever faced. Kayle the office assistant seems to always schedule calls which are never kept and sends over paperwork, that is not fact-checked for you to review and have other clients information within your document. I've had to point this out on many times "they are sorry, it's just for review and will be changed in the final document" can you imagine the impact this can have on your case, sent to a judge to review! People who have to use them need to come together as one, find an attorney and see if we have a case against these guys for misrepresentation in so many ways. I can't go into details about my case, but, very disappointed with this firm and its attorneys. Please do your homework, and don't sign anything with these guys until you are 100% comfortable and know what you're getting into with them for the next 3-4 years.

I hired Roger Mason and Associates when I was defrauded by a 5 star upper end German Car Dealership. As a client, you must understand any litigation takes time and money. Mr. Mason took the task on a Contigency basis of recovering funds on my behalf, which means he got paid when I did. Roger took the risk. You must be patient as his firm is working for you. Roger and Autumn know the Florida Consumer Law. Roger's reputation was enough that eventually the Dealership's attorney settled out of court for a handsome 5 figure settlement.

Roger Mason and his team were very helpful to me in my situation. They took my case without ease & kept me informed. The only “issue” I can state is the timing it took to reach a resolution however, that is not all on the form as the opposing counsel obviously caused many of the delays.
