I have lived here for 6 years. First time living in a mobile home so I can't compare this park against any others. Pros - roads are plowed during the winter for the most part and the park is quiet. Cons - water is shut off quite frequently and they never notify residents. The park I'm in is fairly near the dump so you can smell that. This isn't Rodger's fault and I didn't notice it when I was viewing the property. Lots of rules for the park and their maintenance person drives around daily.

My wife and I have lived in Park 1 for 31 years and have not had one issue with the office people. Peter is the best and the office people are great. They are very fair when it comes to holding the rent as stable as they possible can. Any issues that you may have they respond right away. Keep up the good work.

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to The Rodgers Co. for the pleasant stay we've had in our house, with the beautiful property we rented from you. It has been a great twenty-five years, and it is so sad to have to leave. All grounds are kept up well, Very Neat & Clean. You have been the best landlord from the way you fondly treated my family and I. Thank you so much Peter & Maria for all you do. Best wishes..

I have lived at this park for the past 7 years. The neighbors are great and the new management will be more professional than the last.
