We were being represented by one of Roger's,Saueman& Bateman my husband and I had been paying Mr.Andrue Bateman since March of 2020 to get my husband his inheritance that was property left by his grandparents Bateman not only took our money he also had taken money from a family member that our lawsuit was against THAT IS A HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST Bateman worked both sides of this family and what he said would take 3 to 4 months to settle IS STILL UNRESOLVED NOW IN FEBRUARY 2025 AND MR.BATEMAN IS NO LONGER WITH MATTHEW ROGERS AND MS.SAUCEMAN. FOR BEING AN INCOMPETENT MAN WHO IN MY EYES WAS A PERSON THAT NEEDS TO EITHER PAY OUT OF POCKET OR GO TO PRISON for misrepresentation of so many people in and around the Mcminn county eara and since he was a part of the Law Firm of Matthew ROGERS and Sauceman this FIRM SHOULD ALSO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. You see when we finally were able to have an appointment WITH ROGERS AND SAUCEMAN THERE ONLY SUGGESTION WAS THAT AFTER ALL THE TIME AND MONEY ALREADY PUT INTO THIS WAS THAT NOW WE COME UP WITH ANOTHER 3,400.00 TO 4,000.00 DOLLAR TO TAKE OUR CASE TO COURT . WE ARE DISABLED ON A FIXED INCOME AND THE FIRM OF ROGERS AND SAUCEMAN NOW WANT MORE MONEY TO FIX A PROBLEM A HUGE PROBLEM THAT THERE EMPLOYEE CREATED OR PARTNER WHAT EVER BATEMAN WAS I HOLD THIS FIRM RESPONSIBLE IM SO TRERRIBLEY DISAPPOINTED IN MATTHEW ROGERS I THOUGHT VERY HIGHLY OF HIS LATE FATHER RANDY ROGERS WHO HAD REPRESENTED MY FAMILY MEMBERS FOR MANY YEARS AND MATTHEW ROGERS HAS ALSO REPRESENTED MY FAMILY MEMBERS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THESE ATTORNEYS they do not stand by their word nor do they show up in court with you they send their office staff that are IN training and do not know what is going on with your case THEY WANT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED OR WORSE .THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. BUT HEY WHEN YOU ARE IN THAT GOOD OLE BOYS CLUB IN MCMINN COUNTY , TN.YOU FOLLOW YOUR OWN SET OF RULES!!!
