Have never seen such a cluster as with ORKIN. Manage dozens of properties and ORKIN can't get their billing correct. Holy cow how hard is it to post this monthly payment to this particular property address. I've talked to multiple ORKIN locations, our local branch all the way to this laughable excuse for customer service. Get passed around like well you know. Would not use them to chase fleas out of my dog's house.

Orkin failed to wholly uphold their legal obligations as stated per their contract. Branch Manager, Adam Peterson as well his employee- Service Manager, Russell Worley exhibited poor attitudes; a lack of empathy and concern for the well-being of their customers and their property. The negligence of their technician team has subsequently caused damge to the HVAC system of our home. We were met with aggressive and accusatory attitudes from staff members and we received no apologies or next course of action. We now lack the faith in our local Orkin branch to continue services or refer any future prospects. We hope that our experience will be investigated by Orkin Corporate, and the team leaders will be asked to reassess the priorities and attitude of their branch as a whole.

I am subcontractor /vendor they refuse to pay for work done. Could be 100s of thousands.( example they charged over 21k for a job I did all the work for 5200 and never got paid almost a year now ) dont know where to go with this.. the head Lyndia D said don't call back any more ...I hate to do this but....

The tech that comes to my home is a 10/10 stars, he is GREAT although the "Manager Jonathon" as he calls him self in the Macon Location Is EXTREMELY rude! I always have a horrible experience with him, I called trying to re schedule my appointment since i stated i was un aware ORKINS creates their own appts and i was not home and he started harassing me,Laughing telling me it was my own fault since i signed a 12month lease,he started re reading me my lease and said hes still charging me for the visit even though i wasn't home because i should have read carefully,after him back talking to me, asking me to shut up because hes speaking,i hung up on him and he kept harassing me calling me several times leaving several voicemails, after i called back and he answered and i asked to speak to RONALD he laughed and hung up on me, i later called 3 more times and he answered and hung up once i said my name, now he does not answer my phone calls, i am ready to cancel my lease at this point,VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE.Can not wait to Cancel, I was going to refer my family but i think they are better of elsewhere! IS THIS HOW THIS COMPANY WORKS? COSTUMER SERVICE HARASSING YOU?Can I call the Police for all these phone calls and Voicemails from him Harassing me??POOR RATING!!! ****BEWARE!!!!
