Went for consult. Like every other lawyer in this specific legal field, they are 100% about the money. They would not take my case because as a contingency type lawsui there wasn't enough money involved to make it worth their time. In the 15 minute free consult with the lawyer he was very upfront about my case and most importantly, completely honest in his assessment of my case as well as his advice about what to do if "he was in my place" - their loophole way a lawyer can give you advice when they haven't been hired yet to be able to give you legal advice.
