The lady in charge of finance, Debbie, had the rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. She hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Also, she was the most unknowledgeable person regarding the finance department. Very poor communication between Ron and his team. They apparently do work without your consent and send you an invoice in the mail afterwards. Make sure you have your own records of your communication with this office because they will try to falsify your interaction with them. Definitely would not recommend!

First impression and call the lady who was doing the intake hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I called back to ask did you just hang up or what. And the lady said she would find out who I was talking to and then came on and said we won't be able to help you. I find this rude and glad right off I didn't waste my time anymore explaining my situation with this. Say code of conduct we won't be able to take the case and not just hang up.

We dropped off paperwork over 3 months ago, for a real estate transaction. It is still not completed and no returned calls. Office staff has no clue what they are doing.

Ron has help me tremendously with handling my mothers affairs in estate planning and elderly care for the best and affordable solutions. Ron is a true expert in his area of law practice.

They have been very helpful with estate planning.
