Lourdes and staff are extremely knowledgeable and fair. I just finished my divorce/custody case after almost 2 years and Lourdes helped me through it all. I would recommend this office to any of my friends going through family court.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this firm after being vindictively accused of a crime I did not commit by a completely vicious, violent, sociopathic ex, and incompetently charged by the Manlius police (who failed to follow even the simplest police procedure which would’ve avoided all this). That’s an absolutely terrifying and powerless position which no one should EVER be put in, let me tell you! This firm went above and beyond to defend me and my honor, and successfully stood up to the DA. I can’t thank the wonderful staff enough— most especially my very intelligent and talented attorney Shannon Robins, and her powerhouse legal assistant Dania. I was referred to Lourdes by a personal friend who works in a different type of law. I was told by this friend, call Lourdes she will take great care of you. This is an understatement. I started with a very complicated child custody case. Of course I was nervous, anxious and fearful for my children(twins). I was reassured through the entire 10 month process of ups and downs (as family court usually involves). It was almost as though I was talking to and relying on a close personal friend. I was informed on each step that was being taken and why we were taking these steps. Lourdes was always very quick to respond to any questions I had, day or night. Which if you have been through a family court matter, the stress can get taxing-having an attorney that will answer that one lagging question in the evening after business hours-helps you sleep just a little better! After all was said and done things worked out even better than was predicted.
