I've had the pleasure of working with Rosenberg & Rosenberg twice. Frank, is heaven sent. He's patient, and communicates effectively. Any time I needed a question answered or updates regarding my cases; there was minimal waiting time. Quick response through email, telephone and text. Maria, Frank's paralegal is great. If Frank was ever not available she knew how to help. I would recommend Rosenberg & Rosenberg to everyone. They are #1 and I greatly appreciate them.
It's hard to get in touch with Mr. Rosenberg, after he told me that I would be able to contact him after signing my documents. I wasn't going to change my rating, but 2 months back up on rent, and I was told about waiting 30 days which was not clear I had thought that was after my signing documents. I've been told multiple times to reach Samantha. I don't like that there is a name to not wanting to direct me to the owner. I asked nicely several times that I would like to speak to Mr. Rosenberg. Again I was not going to drop stars but I called my landlord after leaving the office after signing my documents that I would be waiting for the judge. It's been way too long. Waiting for the council waiting for the weather waiting for the judge waiting waiting waiting. Wrong information got me to this point. I was nice and I had a big smile that day meeting the staff in person.
My experience with Rosenberg & Rosenberg was a wonderful experience my lawyer James Price was very professional with my case he kept me informed and explained everything to me so I could understand the process every step of the way I most say a big thank you to James Price again and the team. Also Mimi was great and helpful her expertise proves she is one of the best. The whole team effort gave me hope and kept me strong during my case so I give thanks to everyone. Great job!! Will definitely be back if ever needed again??????????????????????????
