One of their associates (Joe Palamara) cheated my company out of some money for landscaping services in May of 2020, which is a real shame because they “advocate” for the landscape industry. They didn’t like the color of a product they ordered after receiving and approving a sample of it, since the product wasn’t the color the wanted after we we paid for material costs, and labor costs, they felt as they didn’t have to pay for it. Although the associate did try to convince us we did a good job, he thought he could pay with compliments instead of actual money as agreed upon. He cursed and swore at me, to try and get his way, in the end, he still shorted us on the money he owed us. Such a shame
