Rosen is completely customer focused in a relaxed atmosphere. When Jeff Rosen (whose name is on the door) hands you a bottled water and welcomes you, that says something. I encourage you to see Kevin Berger, he is the type of low pressure, customer-friendly person who you will want to work with for life. The service team and financing teams ( thanks Kathy) are great to work with as well. 5 stars!
