Bratton Law Group was hired as elder care attorneys for my parents. Due to early deaths the plan wasn’t able to be fully implemented. This review is based on the communications I have received after. My father died first who was the main client. My mother subsequently died 6 months later. Since then she has received two letters asking her to renew their services for another year. I let them know about the first letter and they apologized and said it was clerical error and would absolutely not happen again. Then almost a year after her death I receive another letter asking her to renew. I’m not sure how this could have possibly happened twice. Simply mark your file as deceased. It’s insane and hurtful.

The Bratton lawyers and staff guided me through a difficult time with their expertise and compassion. They quickly returned phone calls and emails. I felt I was in good hands.

The Bratton Law group was extremely thorough and professional and really did a great job guiding me through such a tedious process. I highly recommend them. Donna was on top of everything I needed and Chris is very accountable and trustworthy.
