Robert Rothstein was in charge of my settlement and he did an excellent job explaining everything I was signing especially because this was my first time. Working with Paragon Title to close our first home purchase could not have been smoother. Paragon Title is truly at the "top of its game."  Last week, I experienced my second closing with Paragon. My real estate agent referred me to the company last year. The "Orange Team" did such a good job on my first project, that when it was time for me to sell this most recent property, I immediately thought of Paragon. It's worth noting that I was able to close both deals while outside the US.  When you're in that kind of situation, you need trustworthy people working for you. Paragon knows its business. Once it takes on the project, the team assigned to your property goes to work -- systematically communicating relevant information, asking all the pertinent questions, confirming all the documentation, etc.  That's makes them competent, but what makes them an excellent choice is their service mentality. They take the time to answer questions.  If someone on the team doesn't know the answer, they quickly go to someone who does, and there's always someone who does. In my case, it was Rob Rothstein.  Rob is a sharp, personable, and dedicated lawyer.  I have pretty exacting standards, and I push for detailed answers when it comes to understanding some of DC's more challenging rules.  Rob was timely and thorough in his responses.  In fact, the whole team was excellent in terms of responding right away.  At times, I could tell they were busy, but I was never made to feel like a nuisance.  That's great service. And that's why you will not go wrong when choosing Paragon Title.

Robert Gratz is a friendly, customer service oriented gentleman who conducts himself with the utmost patience and sincerity.
