NADINE LOGAN was assigned as the court examiner for our family's guardianship case. She was unprofessional, complaining to us over the phone that she was being forced to do extra work that she wasn't going to be paid for. I don't know how she ended up in that position, but it certainly is not my family's problem to listen to. She ended up dropping our case due to a "conflict of interest" which I assume just means that she didn't want to do the work that she was supposed to do, and then refused to communicate with us when we had questions about what to do next. She only hindered what is already a complicated and emotionally stressful process. If I was looking for a lawyer, I would look elsewhere.
