Looks like some great reviews for this team but ours was far from a good experience. There is already a tremendous amount of stress going into a home purchase with deadlines and decisions. So I’ll just mention a couple things while dealing with this Guild Team. Communication was far from acceptable. Not disclosing information was by far the worst. I was taken by surprise at closing and had to stop in the middle of closing due to Zach and team adding extra cost claiming we did a buy down on our interest rate for an additional amount of 5K or close. When I called him from the closing table to questioned it, his answer was “you signed it”. We stopped in the middle of closing until we could resolve the situation. He called back while we were still there and said he would give half back, which should have been the entire amount since a buy down was NEVER discussed, while he said “ I thought Nicole discussed this with you” why would there be a discussion on charging us for a buy down when we locked in our interest rate at the current rate. It was 24 hours later we were back at the closing table after he redid the docs with only half of our money that was due to us. We we’re crunched for time, we were on our final day of making closing deadline. So leaving us no choice. All I can say is *BUYER BEWARE* with this team.
